We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
2. Products & Product Accuracy
All hair extensions are 100% human hair unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution. Texture, length and volume may vary slightly as these are natural products. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, errors in product description or pricing, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. Your order will only be processed once payment has cleared in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nationally across South Africa via trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. FOXY CLEOPATRA HAIR EXTENSIONS T/A HAIR OPULENCE EXTENSIONS is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional fees may apply for failed or re-delivery attempts.
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, strict conditions apply.
a) 7-Day Return Policy:
You may return product(s) within 7 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:
• The item is in its original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition
• All original tags, seals, packaging, clips, and protective netting are fully intact and attached
• The hair has NOT been brushed, combed, cut, dyed, straightened, curled, or had any product applied
• The item is free from odours including perfume, smoke, and hair products
b) What CANNOT be returned:
• Any hair that has been worn, installed, tried on, washed, or altered
• Items where the hygiene seal / tags have been removed or tampered with
• Items returned after 7 days
• Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards (unless faulty)
c) Return Postage Costs:
Should a product be returned for any reason not due to any fault on our part – including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect colour, length or size ordered, or duplicate ordering – the return postage / courier costs will be for the customer’s account.
Where a return is due to our error, or the product is proven to be faulty, damaged or incorrect as per Section 7, FOXY CLEOPATRA HAIR EXTENSIONS T/A HAIR OPULENCE EXTENSIONS will cover the return courier cost.
Customers must use a tracked and traceable courier service for all returns. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during a customer-arranged return.
d) How to Return:
To initiate a return, you must contact us via our website within 7 days with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with return instructions. Once approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos / video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost once the fault is confirmed.
8. Hair Care Disclaimer
Proper care is essential for longevity. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect application, removal, washing, colouring, or excessive heat styling. Colouring or chemical treatment of extensions is done at your own risk. Please follow the care instructions provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, logos, text, graphics, and videos is the property of FOXY CLEOPATRA HAIR EXTENSIONS T/A HAIR OPULENCE EXTENSIONS and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, FOXY CLEOPATRA HAIR EXTENSIONS T/A HAIR OPULENCE EXTENSIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
